This application will run if you have Netscape installed as default HTML browser but you must meet following requirements : 

• Windows NT® 4.0 SP6a  + Internet Explorer 5.5 SP1 or later
• Windows 2000 , XP + Internet Explorer 5.5 SP1 or later
• Recommended : Windows 2000/2003 Advanced Server with Certification Authority installed.
   

(2 Software - Microsoft Installer

Windows Installer - MSI is present in newer versions of Windows. If not present on your machine, you can use the following links to download it from Microsoft download page:

(4) IP / Connectivity - Pop3 and SMTP server connection

Standard pop3 and SMTP connection to send alert and CONTRL messages.
